The general pricing for a Basic Septic Tank "Location Only" service ranges between $100.00  -  $299 plus HST

If the septic tank's location cannot be determined through visual inspection alone, specialized detection tools are employed. Electronic locators along with video inspection systems are used to locate buried septic tanks.

Excavation services are priced additionally depending on the depth and scope of work required.

If excavation is requested to physically uncover the septic tank, we will provided an estimate for the work that may be required. Once the general area is identified using detection tools, careful excavation can reveal the tank's exact location.
